Favorite Things Questionnaire
Download a copy of the Favorite Things document to fill out and send back to the PTO mailbox. Your new or updated list will be uploaded to the site for students and parents to utilize throughout the school year.

Purchase Request Form
Is there something you need for the class, for the students, to do your job better? This is a formal request form that allows the PTO to budget for the big things and deliver on the smaller ones. Scan and email to the PTO or leave a copy in the PTO mailbox.

Professional Development Reimbursement
The PTO will now help cover the costs of professional development for Faculty. This means partial reimbursement of the School Boards, Conferences, Continuing Education classes, and training.
